Membership refund policy
We are sure you won’t wish to cancel your membership, but you have the right in law to receive a full refund within 28 days of your purchase, providing you return your membership card, snail pin and any welcome items to us without damage. Please email membership@slowfood.org.uk if you wish to exercise this right. We will not refund memberships, or give partial refunds of membership beyond 28 days.
You should note this legal right only exists for new purchases, you have no right to a refund for any membership renewals. Memberships will renew unless cancelled – you can ask us to cancel anytime, or you can cancel via your bank and building society. Should you cancel with month(s) of membership until your your next renewal date, you will remain a member until the date you would have renewed.
